We deploy specialists with experience in industrial piping construction. Depending on the project requirement, we provide pipefitters, fitters, welders or installers with relevant experience. Important here is experience working from isometrics, drawings or specifications, as well as practical experience with pipeline assembly, flange connections, supports, pipe racks and plant components. Required certificates, welding qualifications and client-specific requirements are coordinated before deployment.

amd supports new installations, conversions, extensions, dismantling and maintenance. Typical areas include piping assembly from isometrics or drawings, preparation and adjustment of pipelines, installation of flanges, supports and pipe racks, dismantling and removal of existing lines, support during conversions, shutdowns and revisions, and work in plant construction, mechanical engineering or production environments.

Lead time depends heavily on the project location, scope, required qualifications and current availability. Once it is clear which tasks are required and which conditions apply, amd can schedule the right specialists for the project. As a rule, we can provide a trained and experienced team within a maximum of 14 days.

Before deployment, all framework conditions are coordinated, for example isometrics, materials, welding procedures, SCC, safety briefings, plant standards or special approvals. Based on this, the specialist profiles are defined so that the best-qualified personnel can be provided on site.
